How the parlay calculator works
A parlay (also called an accumulator) combines two or more bets into a single wager. Every leg must win for the parlay to pay out. Because the odds of each leg multiply together, parlays offer much larger payouts than single bets — but a far smaller chance of winning.
Enter the American odds for each leg, add or remove legs as needed, and set your stake. The calculator converts every leg to decimal odds, multiplies them, and shows your combined odds, win probability and payout instantly.
Frequently asked questions
How are parlay odds calculated?
Each leg's American odds are converted to decimal odds, all the decimals are multiplied together, and the result is converted back to American odds. Your payout equals your stake multiplied by the combined decimal odds.
Why are parlays considered risky?
Every single leg must win. A four-leg parlay where each leg is a coin flip has only a 6.25% chance of cashing, even though each individual bet is an even 50/50.
How many legs can a parlay have?
Most sportsbooks allow between 10 and 15 legs. More legs means a larger potential payout, but the probability of winning drops sharply with each leg you add.
